BalletBeFit Classes

BalletBeFit is a fun new class which is mixture of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.  It is an all over work out, which is a fitness class - not a dance class. You don't have to had any ballet experience.  


BalletBeFit can be adapted to suit all abilities and is set to some wonderfully uplifting music from a number of genres.


Class Structure

Each class will address our posture

  • Warm up,

  • Main cardio work

  • Barre/chair work

  • Finishing on the floor on mats

We will be challenging our core and having a lovely stretch.


Above all it is really good fun!

8 Week rolling terms - £64 (£8 per session) or £10 pay as you go



- Fridays 9.30 - 10.30 am


10th September - 29th Oct

5th Nov - 31st Dec (no class on 10th & 24th Dec) £32 due to 2 missed classes

7th Jan - 25th Feb

4th March - 29th April (no class on 15th April)




BalletBeFit targets just about everything: arms, legs, bottoms and tummy plus reminding us of correct posture thus adding a touch of grace to our lives.

Dress comfortably -  Nothing too baggy OR too tight. Regarding shoes: Ideally little Ballet/yoga shoes would be best (not blocks) basically anything that allows you to move without slipping, trainers would do but if you intend to join up for a term ballet pumps would be recommended.'


You will get warm so make sure you bring water.
