If you do 2 classes with me per week (only applicable to those that sign up for a term/terms) then your third class is half price!

If you are a complete beginner, a one-to-one session will be necessary before joining any classes below,

 

All classes are for mixed abilities - progressions and adaptations demonstrated for all exercises.

PLEASE NOTE! All payments for terms MUST be made prior to the new term starting. If you miss any classes during that term then you have 4 OTHER classes to choose from to make up missed classes. 

 

I also offer 'one to one' classes or 'two to one' classes in your home - £40.
