Pink Personal Training started trading in 2009 offering various classes predominately Pilates and Personal Training.

Personal data collected by Pink Personal Training is as follows:

Client details:Address (including email and telephone numbers)

Age of client and any existing or previous medical details.

Name and contact of partner.

Payment information.

 

How Do You Use My Personal Data?

 

Pink Personal Training needs this information for contact purposes, understanding any medical conditions which may help with exercise programmes and in case of an emergency a telephone number and emergency contact is necessary.

 

How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?

 

All this information (PARQ forms) are kept in a locked cabinet – access by Pink Personal Training and it is not shared with a third party and will not be in the future.

 

Any private information relating to email conversations is secure by a password to that email account – only Pink Personal Training has access to this and it is not shared to a third party nor will be in the future.

 

Do You Share My Personal Data?

 

Your data may be processed by jotforms.com if you complete the contact form - They do not store any information it is emailed directly to me and then automatically deleted.not shared to a third party nor will be in the future.

 

 

How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

 

Records are kept for as long as the client is taking part in any training/class/tuition with Pink Personal Training – that is hard copy data and electronic.

 

Once the client is no longer with Pink Personal Training their personal records are burnt.

As a client you have the following rights under data protection legislation:

 

To access a copy of the information kept on your personal data.

To object to processing of your personal data that is likely to cause or is causing damage or distress.

To prevent processing for direct marketing.

In certain circumstances to have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked or erased or destroyed.
