 A low impact exercise involving a series of positions or movements carried out on a mat,not un-like Yoga. - It doesn't matter if you are a total beginner or an impover as the skill level of each movement  can be adapted to suit everyones' abiliities.


  Regular Pilates increases your core strength, activating those deep postural muscles we so often neglect.  The strengthening of these muscles improves the stability of your back thus lessening the chances of injuries to your back.

Ballet Be Fit


A combination of barre work, cardio, Pilates and stretching using a wide variety of music some of which will bring a smile to your face. Suitable for all abilities as the moves can be adapted to suit and just to say this is NOT ballet but it is a lovely all round body workout.
