Initial Consultation -
As mentioned previously the first consultation of 30 - 45 minutes - Free
Fitness Test -
Initial fitness tests plus body measurements plus feedback - £40
Food Diary Analysis -
Analysis of initial weekly food diary, reporting findings and giving recommendations
this is not obligatory! BUT it may help you reach one of your goals - £150
Food Diary Review -
Ideally reviews should be every two weeks. - £100
Exercise Programme -
Writing up an initial exercise programme (dependent on the programme required)
- this can be free of charge or if many session plans are required this would incur a fee of - £40
Hourly Rate -
Further charge out rates after the above per hour - £40
(this is one to one exercising where you will get my FULL attention!)
OR if you book up to 10 sessions the cost is - £350
6 Weekly Review -
Includes measurements, fitness tests, tweaking of programme - £35
Advice -
Telephone conversations, emails and general advice (I would appreciate it if any could be between
9 AM and 8.30 PM please.) - FOC
ONE TO ONE PILATES - (One hour) - £35 -To be booked in blocks of 10 £350.00
ONE TO TWO (bring a friend) PILATES - (One hour) - £35 for both - To be booked in blocks of 10 £350.00.
PLEASE NOTE 48 HOUR CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED OTHERWISE PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN.
Payments for all classes, or sessions can be made using cash, cheque or online.
PLEASE NOTE! All payments for terms MUST be made prior to the new term starting. If you take a holiday during that term then you have 5 other classes to choose from to make up missed classes. If you are ill, I deduct the missed classes off your next term payment.
